It just takes 3 simple steps:

Following your true path is often not obvious

This is a quick and simple Christmas message, find your true path in life and no matter what happens, you stick to it.

That's something that I think the majority of people have a problem with, finding what they truly want out of life, and unfortunately, many people end up living lives which are fruitless and ultimately meaningless. Even if they don't see it that way, you can be sure on their death bed they are thinking it.

When did you last follow your gut instinct?

Your gut instinct is always right - but do you follow yours?  Here's a little tale that I would like to share with you...

I just got off the phone to a dear friend of mine.

After months of stress,  he received a  hand delivered letter from his employer to tell him that they were letting him go. Needless to say recent events have been devastating for both him and his family.

My mate is living with a disability and the chances are that this was one of the hidden reasons why they decided to let him go.

To be congruent is to except your true personality for what it is and let others see your true self.  A truly congruent person does not change to accommodate the pressures of others around them or be influenced into acting in a different way to which they are comfortable.  To be congruent is to be comfortable in your own skin, once this comfort is achieved then it is possible to make true friends and build relationships as people know who you really are and there are no hidden layers of personality.

Why travelling is essential to personal development

Travelling the world or even your own country can be a great asset to personal development. A heightened sense of our surroundings can stimulate all sorts of feelings, flooding the body with endorphins and creating a natural subtle trigger for internal happiness.

We are constantly being told about the importance of goal setting, how to set objectives, goals and the tasks that leads to their completion. How important it is to set things out in an organized fashion that we can follow and mark our success.

Personal success can only be measured by the goals you set for yourself, if you have no goals or objectives then how do you know that you have been successful?  Whether you are looking to achieve a happier more fulfilling lifestyle or achieve more income from your employment or business, setting goals and objectives is the best way to see it happen.
