Here we go again - Billionaire Bootcamp Portugal
Just a quick post to let you guys know I'm off on the next part of my journey and this time I am helping out as crew on the Billionaire Bootcamp in Portugal.
8 Simple ways to Control Your Stress
Simple modifications in posture, habits, thought, and behavior often go a long way toward reducing feelings of stress and tension. Here are 8 quick and simple things you can do immediately to help keep your stress level under control.
1. Control Your Anger:
Be the best at what you do, and there will always be a demand for your talents
Today I came across a video that really highlighted to me that whatever you are good at, if you are the best in the world, you will always be in demand.
Take a look at this video on the right and watch this amazing piece of performance art from a young girl in a talent competition.
This only goes to show that if you are the best at what you do, you will always get an audience and demand for your services.
Creating a Powerfully supportive Environment
It was a good friend of mine who recently reminded me about the basis of long term change. When going about creating the life of your dreams, one of the main things to ensure that your actions will persist over the long term, is to create a powerfully supportive environment.
2 Key Business Tips for Business Startup Success
In this post I'd like to talk to you about 2 fundamental keys to business success.
There are many things people recommend as starting points for new businesses and entrepreneurs, however time and time again, I notice that a lot of people don't focus on these 2 tips, which may account for why 80% of new businesses fail within the first year of operation.
The missing link in your business
If the economy is putting pressure on your business, I've got some pretty incredible resources for you that aren't going to cost a cent.
Recently, a phenomenal event took place called Engage Today. It brought together many of the world's top business and thought leaders, including people like:
** Richard Branson
** His Holiness the Dalai Lama
** Dr. Stephen R. Covey
** Tony Hsieh
** Lynne Twist
** Les Brown
** Joe Polish
** David Wolfe
** Eben Pagan
** Janet Attwood
** Bill Harris
No more New Year's Resolutions
Happy New Year, as the going says. Instead of writing some long post I'm going to just play you this little video I did as I was doing some of my usual beginning of year planning.
Happy Holidays as the say in the US, and Merry Christmas to all!
So the year is about to come to a close and the question a lot of people will have on their minds is whether they have had a good or a bad year. The festive season really brings home the accomplishments and the let downs of the year as the family gathers around and give thanks to each other.
When you look back at the year you’ve had, do you have good warm fuzzy feelings about a year well lived? Or are you perhaps thinking that you’ll make next year better? Well whatever you have done or achieved this year, it can only mark as a benchmark for next years activities.
You see as we carry on in life, a lot of people settle with just coasting along and hoping things will get better, but only a very small percentage of those will actually take committing action towards their dream life.
I know for sure as I made a lot of decisions and actions which even though did not end up where I was planning to, still lead me to new and exciting places where I’ve had many new learnings and made many new friends.
We are all Creators, trusting and loving - spread your imagination
As I sit here in Hong Kong’s Chek Lap Kok Airport awaiting my final return flight back to London, I am reminiscing already about the highlights of this great trip and already wondering when I will do something like this again.
In many of my blogs and video blogs, I have spoken about lots of different topics ranging from my insights into creating wealth and success, through to photography tips and tricks. This has been one incredible journey that will not be forgotten. I have learnt so much in such a short space of time that I will have to do some in depth planning before I put things into action.
One of the worst things you can do with information is to get all mixed up and do the wrong thing first. I know I have spoken a lot about action, and action is indeed very key to getting things on the road, however if you act without thinking, you will sometimes create more damage than good. The reason I emphasis action so much is because for the most part, this is the show stopper for a lot of people.
My next words about careful action are aimed at those who do take immediate action, but perhaps sometimes end up starting a lot of things but not finishing. It is important to recognise that the information one learns, which must be acted upon, must also be done with wisdom and intelligence. There has been too many times in world history where good useful information has been acted upon in bad ways, and the consequences were that lives were lost.
The Development of Coaching has moved on in the UK
The development of coaching in the UK has moved on dramatically over the last few years. I would even go so far as to suggest that mass media products like The Secret has placed the whole idea of personal development and coaching, back into the forefront as learning tools which should be embraced by society.

Engage Today Experience
Last October I had the privilege to participate in a global conference with world leaders such as The Dalai Lama, ex President De Klerk and business leaders such as Sir Richard Branson and Tony Hsieh.
The event was so significant and there were so many lessons that the organisers have created a 30 DVD set which you can now invest in to further your own education and learning.
