Recommended Books to Read
Think and Grow Rich
One of the world’s oldest motivational books is still considered among the best. Think and Grow Rich, brilliantly penned by Napoleon Hill, hit the shelves in 1937, during the Great Depression.
Needless to say, at that time in America’s history, motivation was very much needed. To date, Think and Grow Rich has sold well over 30-million copies, and has been the inspiration for many of today’s entertainment moguls and Wall St. execs.

The Secret
Most of the self-help and motivational books that are popular bestsellers are years, maybe even decades old. It’s extremely rare that a new-age self-help book is promoted to the level of international bestseller. However, Rhonda Byrne shattered this loose fact by dropping her aptly titled, The Secret, on an unsuspecting world in 2006.
The Secret’s claim to fame was that it was advertised on Oprah, not once, but twice. The book immediately hit number-one on both the New York Times Bestseller list and the Amazon sales charts. This is an impressive feat, to say the least.

The Power of Now
Books released today experience good or bad sales numbers depending on one factor and one factor alone: Critics’ words. Unfortunately, if a critic gives you book a bad review—depending on who the critic is and where he or she is published—your book has little chances of succeeding.
The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment, written by Eckhart Tolle, was on the lucky end of a good review by none other than Oprah Winfrey, courtesy of her magazine, O in 2000. The book was first released in 1997.

The Tipping Point
The majority of self-help books look at ways to change your entire life for the better. It’s not every day that a book surfaces that provides exact instances, or “tipping points” in one’s life where things may spiral out of control.
By working on the little things in life, Malcolm Gladwell has earned a big hit with his 2000 release, The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference. The 304-page book has been considered a masterpiece in its respective niche.

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway
In Susan Jeffers’ captivating self-help tale, Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway, readers are compelled to step into the shoes of the fearful, and at the end of the journey, emerge fearless. Jeffers was extremely successful with her self-help classic.
Around the world, Feel and Fear and Do it Anyway has sold millions of copies and has helped people conquer the biggest fears they have in life without visiting doctors, taking drugs, or supplementing their fear. As a trained psychologist, Jeffers was able to tap into the common person’s sensibilities.
