Through my contact in coaching people, I've learnt that every area of life is interconnected, and those who think that they can simply shut off work life from personal life are very much mistaken. All life is joined together. The health of your personal relationships will deeply affect your work and every other area of your life. For many people, there might be difficulties at home with your partner which might affect your performance at work and your overall happiness. This program is a couples program, designed specifically for couples to remember what is really important in a relationship, and to eliminate the things which aren't working. The overall emphasis is to create a complete alignement between the two partners to rekindle the joy and passion you have for each other. In this Rewarding Relationships program, I'll be helping you to understand values and especially each others values. You'll learn the following:

• Discovering your own personal values and the conflicts within
• How to eliminate negative associations which no longer serve
• Understanding the meanings behind the language you use
• Creating a new vision for your relationship

Format: This program takes place over 3 sessions. There will be 2 sessions of 90mins with each partner individually first, followed by a 2 hour session together, totalling 5 hours coaching. Cost: £600
